Our Story
Waxed is the brain child of Stephanie Wilson.
Beginning as a newly qualified therapist back in 2008 Stephanie knew that she wanted to focus her attention on one treatment at a time so that she could perfect her skills and knowledge. She trained as an Advanced Wax Therapist at a waxing academy in Manchester where she spent 10 months, day in, day out waxing every hair type, skin type, body shape and gender. This was an incredible experience and she knew from here that helping people feel comfortable and at ease during a treatment that could, potentially, be intimidating and painful was what she wanted to do forever.
Waxed was born in 2016 and has since had the pleasure of waxing over 1000 men and women!

Founder + Lead TherapistWaxing is my first love and will always be at the heart of what I do. Waxing should not be a terrifying and painful experience. You should be able to feel confident in your therapist, at ease and happy with the result. Every effort is made to remove every hair in the area as quickly and as comfortably as possible.
I am an advanced wax therapist which means I have spent years and years perfecting the technique of waxing intimate areas and specialise in bikini waxing, Brazilian waxing, Hollywood waxing and men’s waxing.
Never be embarrassed about asking for any area of your body to be waxed. If it grows hair I will be able to wax it.
